The Administrator has a configuration interface which defines the sequence of numbers that will be called.
This approach guarantees not to start the call transfer in case the answering machine is active, or, in general, if an automatic response is carried out (the phone is turned off or unreachable).

The user has no way to determine the technician’s phone number with which he spoke.
